Are there any transaction fees?
No. DropPay charges zero transaction fees on every plan. The only cost is the XRP Ledger's network fee, which is a fraction of a cent per transaction regardless of the payment size.
What payment methods are accepted for Pro?
You can subscribe with XRP (paid on-chain, confirmed in seconds) or via PayPal using any card or PayPal balance.
What happens when I hit the free plan limit?
When you reach 25 payment links in a month, you will not be able to create new ones until the next billing cycle resets. Existing active payments continue to work normally. Upgrade to Pro to remove the limit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. If you subscribed via PayPal, cancel anytime from your PayPal account and your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. If you paid with XRP, your access runs until the subscription period ends.
Do you offer refunds?
All subscription payments are non-refundable. When you subscribe you gain immediate access to all Pro features. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges. See our Terms of Service for full details.
